BreastFeeding

you and baby are not alone

I’m here to help

Navigating breastfeeding can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a certified lactation consultant and RN who has 37 years of clinical experience in both a birth and children’s hospital.

We’ll find the right approach for you and your baby to address a wide range of breastfeeding concerns, including oral dysfunction, latch issues, milk supply, nipple pain, positioning, and more. Whether you're a first-time mother or a seasoned parent, I’ll come along side you to find a personalized solution that works for your unique situation.

Therapy (CST)

give the gift of touch

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on therapy that uses a light touch, seldom more than 5 grams of pressure (the weight of a nickel.) It can help your baby and/or you by calming your nervous system and releasing tension to allow your body to self regulate and relax.

For infants it can address challenges related to breast feeding or bottle feeding, oral dysfunction, digestive issues, birth, birth trauma, sleeping issues, body tension and more. For mother’s, CST can help alleviate post-partum tension from a stressful birth, neck and back discomfort, emotional stress from the demands of motherhood and more.

Since 2019, I’ve been practicing CST on infants, children, and adults. My training includes completed programs with the Upledger Institute, Carol Gray Center for CST Studies, Lori Hendrickson CST and additional training with the Gillespie Approach for Cranial Fascial Therapy for Infants and Adults.
